Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wildflower case, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Case

  Securely place the unused case in its original Wildflower box and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
